1.  INTRODUCTION

Please read these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy (see below) and payment method instructions carefully before using the website operated by Biblepuzzle.com ("we", "us" or "our").  In particular, we draw your attention to Clause 4. (Liability).  By accessing or using our website you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions as they may be modified and posted on our website from time to time.  If you do not wish to be bound by these Terms and Conditions then you may not use our website.

2.  REGISTRATION

• Registration is FREE.  When you register we ask you to give us your name, email address and other personal information that will be needed to supply the services to you.  We may use your personal data for future mailings, to inform you of new products or other marketing purposes.  If you would rather not receive future marketing emails from us If you would rather not receive future marketing emails from us kindly notify us by sending an e-mailing to admin@biblepuzzle.com
• By registering you will be invited to attend the Bible game show (Sword game) and you may be selected to play the Bible game at the table. Selection to play is made at random for six contestants at each recording.
• Because there are limited spaces to attend the Bible game show, registration is on a first come first serve basis. In a situation where the number of required registrations had been reached, registration fee will be returned to those people who had registered and were not invited to attend the show, such people will then be required to return any promotional items e.g Bibles given at registration.
• Registration to attend the show is not restricted and a person can register as many times as possible provided there are spaces available. All registrations are treated independently of each other.
• Registration is only valid for 16 years and above

3.  DATE ALLOCATION & SELECTION OF PATICIPANTS        

1. Biblepuzzle.com will allocate specific dates for participants to attend, recordings, giving at least 3 weeks notice.  Once a participant has accepted a date it can only be changed in “exceptional circumstances” (definition is solely at our discretion).  If a participant is unable to attend on the specified date they will need to contact Biblepuzzle.com by phone within 2 days of receiving the invitation.
2. Where a new date is allocated for a registered candidate to attend the studio recording there will be no other opportunity to decline the given date and therefore no other alternative date will be allocated.
3. If a registered candidate is unable to attend the show in a and b above the candidate will have to re-register to attend the show.
4. The 6 candidates playing the game will be selected from all attendees in the studio using a selection question, therefore attending the show is not a guarantee that any particular person will be selected to sit at the table to play the game
5. The best 6 scores of the year will play for the finalist prizes (1st New Car 2nd Holiday for two and 3rd a thousand pounds).

4.  LIABILITY

To the best of our ability we will ensure that all materials, questions and information published on our website and cards are accurate.  We deem all materials, questions and information provided on our website and cards to be taken as seen and we reserve the sole right to determine what constitutes a correct answer to any question for the purpose of the show.  We therefore will not enter into any correspondence or discussion about the accuracy of any answer we provide. 

5.  INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE

• You authorise us to use, store or otherwise process any personal information you provide to us including but not limited to your name and address, to the extent that is reasonably necessary to provide you services through our website by us or our sub-contractors. 
• You must ensure that the personal information you provide is accurate and complete and that all details contain your correct name, address and other requested details

6. CONTENT PROVIDED BY YOU

• We have the right to monitor Content and may edit, reject or remove Content if we believe it does not comply with the above and, in particular, we reserve the right to block incoming e-mails and other Content if we believe that their content is or may be inappropriate or otherwise does not comply with the above.

We may alter these Terms and Conditions as deemed necessary from time to time and post the new version on our website, following which all use of our website will be subject to that version. You must check the Terms and Conditions as often as you access our website.
